Authorities to verify plans are not required to have an
architect or engineer's seal, prior to ordering plans.
Typically this is not required for residential plans.
Each set is a "LIMITED SET" of documents prepared
for the purpose of defining the general scope. These
documents do not include complete specifications and
engineering data, nor are they sealed by a licensed
Architect. Engineering aspects should be incorporated
in actual site conditions.
T&T Drafting and Design assumes no liability for any
home constructed from this set of documents. It is the
purchaser's responsibility to assure compliance with
local building codes and ordinances.
All of our plans are provided as is. Plans may not be
returned.
