Professional shall provide:
Initial scope of work
Any related drawings
Sketches and notes
Measurements (if Applicable)
Pictures (if Applicable)
Engineering is not part or our services
Attachments:
At each phase (schematics, preliminary, construction, supplemental, etc.) of drawings we will provide you with a review set to be red-lined. Once
we have updated the drawings to your satisfaction we will proceed to the next phase of drawings. Please note we require a date (deadline) for
each phase, to insure your project stays on track.
Fee:
Based on services referenced above, T&T Drafting and Design shall provide services on an hourly rate as indicated below:
Standard hourly rate: $25.00 per hour
Express (Specialty) Drafting: $35.00 per hour
Mileage: $00.40 per mile
Please note we will charge standard rate typically. Only when a project requires express return (2 days or less or weekend time is required to meet
deadline), will you be charged Express rates. Mileage does not include trips to your office but mileage to project sites if required.
Typically we will bill each project separately on a monthly basis, and at completion of a project. I will gladly coordinate with your office the
specifics. (Please include in initial scope of work)
Limit of Liability:
Please note T&T Drafting and Design shall not be liable to the client / owner in excess of the compensation to be paid.
Non Disclosure Agreement:
T&T Drafting and Design acknowledges that we will be exposed to confidentiality and proprietary information. Under no circumstance shall T&T
Drafting and Design disclose any confident information, which you have in trusted in us. Including but not limited to project information
including drawings and specifications, office standards, and drawing standards. At a later date we may request use of drawings, etc for our
portfolio, but only will do so with written approval. Typically this agreement is void for any material available to the public, and any material
that is subject to a subpoena
