Additional (specialty) drawings: Including but not liminted to Interior Elevation, Site plan, Foundation plan, Framing Plan(s), Detailed
Sections, etc .These can be added to a full set. Please note these drawings are not part of a full or plan/elevation
set and there are additional fees for these drawings Fee: $30.00 per hour
A Printable PDF file of your final drawings can be purchased for an additional $50.00.
Additional Sets:
It is illegal to make copies of our plans, by copyright law. Additional sets may be ordered within 60 days of purchase of original full set.
Mirrored Sets :
A mirrored set is a backwards copy (text is backwards). Mirrored set(s) can be purchased with a full set but not alone.
CAD Files:
Drawing files in AutoCAD format.
Plans can be shipped with in the USA. All orders will be shipped with in 3 business days. Also note we must have a physical address for carriers to
deliver to.

Also we can accept personal checks but your order will not be processed until the check has cleared the bank.

Please check with your local building authorities to verify plans are not required to have an architect or engineer's seal, prior to ordering plans.
Each set is a "LIMITED SET" of documents prepared for the purpose of defining the general scope. These documents do not include complete specifications and
engineering data, nor are they sealed by a licensed Architect. Engineering aspects should be incorporated in actual site conditions.
T&T Drafting and Design assumes no liability for any home constructed from this set of documents. It is the purchaser's responsibility to assure compliance with local
building codes and ordinances.
